Essentials? Office Esstentials includes a wide selection of office products. The LegalSelect area provides a breakout of categories most common to the legal workplace. Office Essentials is inclusive of everything within the LegalSelect area. |
| Do you have a catalog containing items not listed on
your web site? Yes, we have a catalog containing over 24,000 items for the office. Every item can be purchased easily through our web site by entering the item number in the item search box at the top/right of most pages within our web site. |
| How do I know what is in my shopping cart? You always have access to your shopping cart by clicking View Cart located at the top of every page. Your cart will be maintained until you either clear it or checkout. |
| Do I have access to my previous purchases? Yes, click on "Your Account" and then log-in. You can then choose the option for "Your Order History." Once at the "Your Order History" area, you can see or print any previous invoice or repurchase any item very easily. |

| How can I tell that you received my order? You will know we have received your order when you reach the "Invoice/Receipt" page which displays a unique number that is assigned to your order. You should print and keep this page. If, at a later time you need to follow up on your order, it is most efficient if you can provide us with the specific order number for the order in question. |
How can I check my order status? |
| Can I change my order after it has been sent? Once you have received "Your Purchase Receipt" the order has been placed and changes are no longer possible. If, for some reason you want to cancel your order, email support@eLegalSupply.com or call Customer Service at 1-888-868-5073 at the soonest possible time. Depending on the time lapse, we may be able to cancel your order before it has been fully executed. |
